Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
1. General Refunds
If you return a product to us, we will process your refund as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of confirming your eligibility.
- 15-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel your order within 15 days of receiving it, we will refund the full price of the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- Defective Products or Policy Changes: If you are returning a product because it is defective or because you do not agree with a change in our terms, we will examine the item and notify you of your refund via email. If you are eligible, we will refund the full price of the product, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item.
2. How to Return an Item
Please include a note with your returned product explaining the reason for the return. For your security, we recommend using a registered or tracked delivery service when shipping your return.
3. Personalized Products
We are unable to offer a refund on personalized products unless one of the following exceptions applies:
- The personalized product is defective and is returned to us within 72 hours of delivery.
- The personalized product was paid for via our site and was not delivered by the date specified in your order confirmation email.
- The personalized product was paid for by cheque and was not delivered by the date we specified after your payment cleared.
4. Our Product Guarantee
We guarantee that any product you purchase from us will, upon delivery, meet the following standards:
